In normal situations, as long as the service is ongoing and usable, payments are generally non-refundable. This policy is based on the small amount charged for the service plans.
Developer-Side Service Failure
If the service cannot be maintained due to reasons on the developer side, users may request a refund. In those cases, refund requests will be reviewed and processed for eligible users.
